Betalning:<\/strong>\u00a0 F\u00f6rskottsbetalning till\u00e4mpas,\u00a0 20% erl\u00e4ggs i samband med bokning,\u00a0 senast inom sju dagar f\u00f6r att kvarh\u00e5lla bokning. Resterande summa betalas senast sju dagar f\u00f6re ankomstdag. Vid avbokning senare \u00e4n 7 dagar f\u00f6re ankomst \u00e5terbetalas ej slutlikvid. Om betalningen ej erh\u00e5llits i tid stryks bokningen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Trivselregler<\/strong>. St\u00f6rande upptr\u00e4dande eller ljud \u00e4r inte till\u00e5tet. Mellan kl 23.00 och 07.00 f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas det vara tyst.<\/p>\n

Ansvar<\/strong>. \u00a0Bokningen \u00e4r bindande efter att f\u00f6rskottbetalningen mottagits, vid eventuell avbokning \u00e5terbetalas ej inbetalt belopp.\u00a0Vid eventuell skada orsakad av hyresg\u00e4sten svarar denne f\u00f6r skadan och vid skada ska kontakt genast tas med hyresv\u00e4rden. Hyresg\u00e4sten f\u00e5r ej uppl\u00e5ta hyresr\u00e4tten av stugan till n\u00e5gon annan.<\/p>\n

Terms of Rental<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cottage is normally rented on a weekly basis with arrival on Sunday at 15:00 and departure Sunday at 12.00.The cottage can be rented out for short periods by agreement. The cottage is equipped for self-catering. Cleaning service and linens are not included in the price unless otherwise agreed upon booking.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prepayment of 20% is applied and to be paid upon confirmation of booking, but no later than seven days to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than seven days before arrival. In case of cancellation later than 7 days prior to arrival no refunds will be made. If payment is not received on time, the booking will be cancelled.<\/p>\n

Satisfaction policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Disturbing behavior or sound is not allowed. It must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

The booking is binding after the advance payment has been received, in case of cancellation the amount paid will not be refunded. In the event of any damage caused by the tenant or guest in the house, the tenant is responsible for the damage and in the event of damage, the landlord must be contacted immediately. The tenant may not assign the tenancy of the cottage to someone else.<\/p>\n
